Level 2

Theory and Practise.

  • Aqua Extreme/ Advanced Aqua.

  • Aqua Pilates.

  • Aqua for Personal Training.

  • Aqua for Special Populations (pregnancy, elders, kids).

  • Aqua Rehabilitation.
