Aqua aerobic is an ideal exercise for people of all ages, as it effectively combines aerobic exercise and muscle strengthening. The natural properties of water, such as buoyancy and resistance, ensure a safe and complete exercise without fear of injury, as it reduces vibrations and consequently strains the joints and muscles, while improving the range of motion of the joints. Along with the water temperature, which maintains a low and pleasant body temperature and the hydrostatic pressure that improves blood circulation, the ideal exercise environment is created for people with arthritis, obesity and other diseases.
