It is common for these limitations (in posture and movement) to be due to muscle imbalances which are created over time due to wrong daily habits, repeated mistakes at work and generally due to the modern way of life. The ultimate goal is to protect practitioners from possible injury due to the aforementioned imbalances, to prevent them in the event of an injury, and to significantly improve the performance of moving patents such as deep seats and deadlifts.
