- Ayurveda: Introduction, typology ,the 5 elements ,the 3 biological temperaments doshas ,the 6 tastes rashas
Ayurvedic nutrition according to tempers - Nidra Yoga : Analysis of the functioning of the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. What is Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), historical retrospection. Reprogramming techniques of the subconscious mind, advanced pranayama and meditation.
- Chakras. The energy system: subtle bodies, energy channels, energy centers.
The function and purpose of chakras, energy blockages, balancing techniques through asanas, pranayamas, mantras and pratyahara techniques. - Yoga and Third Age. Physiology of Aging. Modern Data on the Benefits of Yoga and Meditation in the Third Age. Osteoporosis, Hypertension, Osteoarthritis and Modifications of Exercise.
- Therapeutic Yoga. Stress – Depression and Benefits of Yoga and Meditation. Neuroanatomy – Neuropathogenicity and Yoga application on the nervous system pathologies (Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease).

1. 200 yoga diploma

* The candidate that has completed the 200 and 300 hour training gets the higher certification by YOGA ALLIANCE: RYS-500
YOGA RETREAT IN RISHIKESH, INDIA
Visit to the holy places of India on a ten-day trip to the birthplace of Yoga.
