SPORTS COACH

The graduate of the specialty “Sports Coach” of “Omega Sports & Fitness Academy by Studio One” can undertake the training of sports teams, teams of individuals and individuals belonging to clubs (athletes) – fitness – sports sports (independent) ), in order to improve their physical condition, technique and tactics in a specific sport or sports activity, wherever it takes place, e.g. in private gyms, stadiums, hotel units, sports centers, personal training studios, at home.

The scientific training, theoretical and practical, that you acquire with your study at “Omega Sports & Fitness Training Center by Studio One” allows you to evaluate the initial level of physical condition and technical training of each athlete, to set achievable goals and to use the right training tools – methods to achieve them.
